Tumutendereze !!
As the archdeacon of
Nkungu Archdeaconry, I take this opportunity to thank the Almighty God for the
goodness and existence of our North Ankole Diocese. Joyously, I thank God for giving
us the righteous man of God Rt. Rev. Bishop Stephen Namanya, for the quality
leadership skills. With Rt. Rev. Stephen Namanya, North Ankole Diocese has
tremendously developed. As Nkungu Archdeaconry community, we pray that God continues
guiding our Bishop and Maama Lydia in their ministry works.
On the other hand, I pray
to God to continue giving good health to our pioneer Bishop Retired Bishop John
Muhanguzi, and his entire family. His legacy will never ever be forgotten.
St. Peters Nkungu Archdeaconry
obtained its Archdeaconary status in 2018 and it is composed of five parishes
and 23 sub-parishes. The parishes include; Nkungu parish, Kashasha parish, Omuntebe parish, Kagaramira
parish and Kajuzya parish. With great pleasure, I hereby acknowledge all parish
priests and Lay readers serving the Anglican community of Nkungu Archdeaconry.
Additionally, I go ahead
to thank the entire leadership of Nkungu Archdeaconry at all levels for the
team spirit portrayed whenever there is a task to perform. In fact, I thank the
stakeholders of Nkungu Archdeaconry for keeping the church projects like schools
and animal farms fashionable
Faithfully, I thank the
Noble – minded and righteous man of God Rt. Rev. Bishop Stephen Namanya for the extraordinary
humility guidance he usually gives us. Due to his regular guidance and advice,
Anglicans of North Ankole Diocese have managed to construct a solid teamwork and
hence development of various church projects in different communities of North
Ankole Diocese. Indeed, Rt. Rev. Bishop Stephen Namanya is a complete
quintessential visionary leader.
Lastly, I thank the
Government of NRM headed by Gen. Yoweri K . Museveni and First Lady Maama Janet
K. Museveni for the good leadership and Governance.
